ADG architects appointed to oversee work on Cotswolds residential development

18 February 2016

North East Architects Practice ADG Architects has been appointed to oversee the construction of a new residential development in a Cotswolds village where work has just started.

The residential development, consisting of four bespoke, four- and five bedroom detached homes, is underway at a site off Station Road in Broadway, regarded as one of the most picturesque villages in the Cotswolds.

ADG Architects’ Partner, Chartered Architect John Bell, is supervising the construction, ensuring the specifications are met and the work is completed within budget. Developer Broadway Developments and contractor Markey Construction have started work on the new houses and expect to complete them this Autumn (2016).

“These homes are located in one of the most sought after villages in England, so it is vital that the work is of the highest standard within the confines of the budget,” said Mr Bell.

The new homes are being marketed by the Broadway office of Hamptons International Estate Agents.
