Stillers Warehousing and Distribution, located in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, commissioned ADG Architects with designing a 50,000 sq ft facility to accommodate the company's ongoing growth. This new hub, the largest of its kind in the North East, features the capacity to load 30 vehicles simultaneously. The £2 million expansion project also generated 25 new jobs, increasing the company's workforce to 190. The development includes over 60 off-street parking spaces and an open-plan office designed for more than 20 staff members.
