ADG Architects have been commissioned to design a mixed-use development on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre. The project will include 85 no. apartments with rooftop gardens and commercial and retail spaces on the ground floor. Situated adjacent to a busy dual carriageway and canal, the development will incorporate advanced acoustic treatments and detailed design features, along with sustainable heat recovery and electrical heating systems to ensure optimal comfort for residents and visitors.
