The development features 94 dwellings designed in accordance with national, regional, and local standards for sustainability, accessibility, and energy efficiency. It includes buildings up to 8-10 stories high, with 500 sqm of retail space along High Road. The project incorporates ground source heating, using deep piles extending up to 250m to provide low-cost utilities. Due to the site's proximity to a rail track, the design addresses construction challenges and safety measures. The development aims to create a high-quality, sustainable living environment while meeting various regulatory and design expectations.
