ADG Architects has been commissioned to design a residential development in Stowmarket, Suffolk, England, comprising 95 no. apartments. Given the site's proximity to a busy flyover, a noise impact assessment influenced the design to ensure it meets the Relevant British Standards for internal ambient noise levels. The four-story building features under-croft parking to maximize on-site parking for residents. This project represents phase 2 of an 80-bed care home.
