ADG Architects provides a partner-led, 360 degree service, managing projects from concept and feasibility stage to technical delivery and completion on time and to budget.
In addition to our design work we can advise on Planning requirements, Building Regulations, Insurance, Health and Safety requirements, and the appointment of other consultants and contractors, using appropriate documentation and forms of contract. We can also monitor and report on progress of works, undertake cost planning and check interim valuations, as well as liaise with funders.
Our experience of working with and leading multi-disciplinary teams means that we also often take on the role of Lead Designer, as specified in number of forms of contract, to direct and co-ordinate other designers and consultants in the team.
